VISITORS WITH ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Wheelchair access to the museum is provided from the car park to the left-hand side entrance, where a lifting platform is available. All exhibition areas are accessible by lift. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor of the museum.
VISITORS WHO ARE BLIND OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED
The museum is equipped with a tactile guidance system and a variety of tactile replicas. In addition, tactile maps, magnifiers, and copies of objects are available for visitors to explore through touch.
VISITORS WHO ARE DEAF OR HARD OF HEARING
Across the museum, there are 19 points equipped with QR codes designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors. By scanning a QR code with a mobile device, visitors can access presentations of the relevant content in sign language and International Sign.
VISITORS USING HEARING AIDS
Visitors using hearing aids may borrow an induction (hearing) loop free of charge at the reception desk. The service is available in Slovene, German, and Italian.
